Located on a long, narrow site, the new facility was designed to efficiently integrate assembly, warehousing, and office functions while supporting the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel.
The design also established a strong architectural identity that reflects the company's brand while creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
The industrial component was organized for efficiency, with overhead doors along the east elevation providing direct connections between the assembly area, warehouse, and exterior storage yard. To maximize the site and strengthen connections between departments, office spaces were stacked vertically, creating visual and operational links while maintaining oversight of warehouse activities.
The result is a highly functional facility that supports continued growth while expressing a bold, contemporary identity and balancing operational performance, employee experience, and brand presence.
