Description: This project was a major renovation to the former Shelburne Hospital which involved repurposing the building for use as affordable Senior’s Housing. The two-storey building conversion included 24 independent living units and community spaces, as well as 3,000 s.f. of commercial space. The exterior and interior finishes were upgraded as well as its general building performance.
